In order to make your kajal/kohl stay longer on your waterline, dab some loose powder or talc on the outside of your waterline & little bit on your undereyes. This makes a huge difference.
I did this with white tone face powder. and my kajal/kohl didn't smudge even a little bit and stayed the whole day!!!! I was pleasantly surprised with the results. Isn't that amazing??!!!
